Web Charts unable to display Chinese

Problem: When viewing an analysis graphic, like a chart or graph in a report, the text describing the question and also the response answers are not displayed correctly. They may be displayed as empty squares or question marks.

Solution: Install the East Asian language files. This can be done by going to the Control Panal and opening the Regional and Language Options tool. Click the Languages tab and select the 'Install Files for East Asian Languages'. Click 'OK' to finish. This will require a reboot.
