Symptom:

When trying to launch Ultimate Survey Enterprise survey software via Internet Explorer, an error is thrown that looks similar to the following:

Cause:

The Ultimate Survey DLLs are missing from your web site's UltimateSurvey/bin directory.

Resolution:

Download the Ultimate Survey zip file from the Prezza Technologies Customer Area. Copy the DLLs to your web server and verify that they are in the UltimateSurvey/bin directory.
