This pertains to web servers running Microsoft Internet Information Server version 4.0 or above.

When installing any version of Ultimate Survey survey software, you may want to prohibit access to anyone who is not on your network. To do so, follow these steps:

1) Open Internet Information Services

2) Select the website you would like to protect

3) Right-click on the website and select "Properties"

4) Click the "Directory Security" tab

5) Under "Anonymous access and authentication control" click "Edit"

6) Uncheck "Anonymous access"

7) Click "Ok" twice

Now, only users authenticated on the network will be able to access your website.
