Prezza Technologies currently offers the following support plans for CHECKBOX® survey software:

NOTE: All support programs are bound by the Prezza Support Terms.


Standard support is available to customers of CHECKBOX® Survey Server. Each support policy is good for the term of one year and includes the following:
• Free product updates
• 4 phone support incidents
• Unlimited email based support

Developer support is available to customers of CHECKBOX® Survey Server who also own the Developer Kit. Each support policy is good for the term of one year and includes the following:
• Free product updates
• 4 developer (or standard) phone support incidents
• Unlimited email based support

CHECKBOX Online Survey support is available to all customer of Prezza Technologies' CHECKBOX Online Survey services, for the term of the hosting agreement. The number of phone support incidents is agreed upon at the time that the hosting service begins.
